材料:大芒果1个 奶油200g 白糖少许 蛋黄3个 旺仔牛奶2支
做法:芒果去皮,切肉放进搅拌机搅拌
蛋黄用打蛋器打均匀,备用
牛奶倒进一个干净的小煲里,调最小火预热,要不停搅动(热到牛奶起泡泡叫好),关火

然后把打好的蛋黄慢慢倒进牛奶里面,搅拌均匀,再开火,记得小火喔,然后又不停搅拌均匀,一定要充分搅拌均匀,最好关火,放凉一下,就放冰箱一会儿

这个时候,我们就拿一个干净的盆打发奶油,把奶油倒进盆子里进行打发,打到全部起泡泡就可以了,然后将,冰箱里面的牛奶桨拿出来,将它倒进奶油里,芒果酱也一起放进,搅拌均匀,最后就放进冰箱里,隔30--40分钟搅拌一次,一共要搅拌5次,我是搅拌了6次的,拿来吃试了下,真的很滑啊,不错呢?
