小葱、鸡蛋、花生油、盐、面粉

做法:
1.将洗好的小葱切成葱末待用。

2.将鸡蛋打入容器中并用筷子搅拌均匀。

3.往搅拌好的鸡蛋液里加入葱末、面粉、盐,边加入边搅拌。(可以适当的加入少量的清水,更方便它们混合)

4.平底锅洗净放到灶台上加热。

5.锅热后加入花生油预热。(边拍照边倒油,油都倒多啦~~~)

6.待油差不多六七成热的时候往锅里倒入面糊,用铲子将面糊摊平。(若喜欢厚点儿的饼,就不用摊了。)

7.随着油温的升高,面糊逐渐成型了。可以端起锅来适当的转转,让饼的底部受热更均匀。

8.饼成型后翻过来煎另一面,两面都煎至金黄就可以出锅了。
