甜椒杏鲍菇水饺

  1. 今天是冬至吃饺子,俗话说冬至不吃饺子冻了耳朵没人管 。可别忘了吃饺子!甜椒杏鲍菇水饺做法:1,选五花肉300克绞肉机搅成肉屑。                                2 ,肉屑用调料腌至入味(生抽.盐.味精.十三香.料酒.葱沫.姜末.食用油.香油)                                                                                                                                                                             3,甜椒(大个1个)杏鲍菇(2―3个)洗净切成小碎丁搬进肉屑搅匀。                                                                                                                                                                           4,饺子粉大约800克用温水和成软硬适中的面团,松弛揉光,搓成长条(直径约2厘米)下剂子(10―12克)擀成薄片,将馅包好。                              5,开水锅将饺子煮熟捞出。
