自制【红酒午餐肉】

  1. 这几天过节每天大包小包的往家买吃喝,看到肉食专柜上利郎满目的,午餐肉、火腿,挑来挑去也没挑出个顺眼的。想想大家现在为健康都在自己自作,我也自己动手丰衣足食吧!『红酒午餐肉』其实没啥就是肉里面加了杯红酒调味取代了料酒的位置。做午餐肉想见复杂做起来挺简单,就是搅肉搅得胳膊发酸,不过做出来确实比买的好吃!毕竟真才实料                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                  自作方法     ﹕                                                                                                                               1后腿肉500克去皮清洗切小块用料理机绞肉功能搅得细如烂泥,准备一个鸡蛋和淀粉                                                                                                                                    2 ,准备些调料,盐,姜粉,十三香(或五香粉,花椒粉)总之有啥用啥,红酒一杯                                                                                                                                        3,将适量的调料加到肉泥里搅拌,顺时针搅拌                                                       4   ,把蛋清打在碗里,蛋黄一会再用,蛋清里面加入干淀粉100克缓缓的加清水,搅一下加一点水,搅成垂直流线的糊装                                                            5,将淀粉糊加在肉泥里     顺时针用劲搅,搅得肉泥上劲,就搅好了为了颜色好看,加一点红曲米                6 ,取一块干净的纱布打湿 将搅好的肉泥包裹结实                                                                                                                                       7,开水锅大火蒸25分取出打开纱布将蛋黄抹在上面再蒸5,6分钟,一面蛋黄定型,再抹一面,直到四面都抹上了蛋黄皮蒸熟定型                                                  8,蒸熟放凉切片食用这杯红酒是今年秋天酿的一瓶葡萄酒
