韭菜炒鸡蛋

主辅料:韭菜一小把、鸡蛋4个

调料:盐、鸡精

做法:

1、准备好主辅料,韭菜择净洗净控水

2、韭菜茎部和叶都切断,分开放,鸡蛋打入碗中

3、起油锅下鸡蛋煎熟

4、另起油锅,下韭菜茎部翻炒

5、茎部变软后加入韭菜叶,翻炒至熟加入鸡蛋

6、加盐和鸡精翻炒均匀即可出锅
