一芒两吃————芒果蛋糕卷

                                      现在正值芒果季,不管是当水果吃还是做点心

                                      都是非常的赞的~

 

                                      拿了一半做了芒果蛋糕卷,外甥急得我都没拍好照

                                      他都抢走了~

 

                                     

 

                       

 

                                                            魔爪来偷糖了……

 

                                      最后一颗糖都有不了

 

                 芒果蛋糕卷材料:蛋黄50g  蛋白80g  白糖10g+25g  无盐黄油20g  低筋面粉25g

                                             

                  做法;1.准备好材料

                             2 .黄油放入碗中,隔水加热融化后并保温备用

                              3.蛋黄加10g白搅打至糖融化

                              

                                           4.蛋白分3次加入25g白糖打湿性发泡

                                           5.取蛋白分3次与蛋黄液混合均匀

                                           6.筛入低粉拌均匀后,一次性全部加入黄油翻拌均匀

                                        

                                        7.倒入铺有油纸的烤盘,放入预热好170度烤箱  中层 20分钟

                                        8.出炉冷却后表面刷一层糖水,铺上芒果,卷起放冰箱冷藏定型

                                          后即可切块享用~

 

                                 PS:刷的糖水就一般的糖水,只是让蛋糕体口感更柔软湿润而已
