开边虾

呵呵前天和大学土木系师兄去饭店吃饭点这个虾了,回来上网查下这开边虾的做法,还真找到了,今天买点虾回来试下,效果做出来感觉挺好吃哦!连壳都想吃下去了。真的好下饭。                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                       食材明细

                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                    把做法                                                                                                                                                                     1:虾洗干净,用剪刀去虾须,在用小刀在虾的中间开边,家里面要准备锋利点小刀哦,我的小刀不怎么锋利虾都切不动了,没有弄好啊。                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                            2:  把蒜蓉、葱花  、姜  切备好.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                          3:锅内家热倒少许花生油,把2分之一的蒜蓉、姜放进锅内炒微黄即可。                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                          4: 把剩下的蒜蓉放到锅内,家适量盐 和少许生抽翻炒。                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                          5:   搅5:拌好的蒜蓉配料倒到虾  上。                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                         6 :   水6:锅内烧热把虾放去蒸6分钟出锅完成啦!                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                     呵呵
