曲奇还没有做过。一直觉得黄油太重不敢做。朋友的儿子喜欢吃饼干。想来想去还是做了这个。第一次吃曲奇饼干的时候觉得超好吃。酥酥的很香甜。自己做了才知道,这里面有多少黄油和糖。怕胖要保持身材的人还是少吃为妙。
材料:低筋粉200克、黄油130克、砂糖35克、糖粉65克、鸡蛋1个,香草精1/4小勺、可可粉10克、咖啡粉2克(一小包)

这个咖啡粉是朋友送的,口感不错,挺柔和的。把它加在饼干里风味独特。
1、黄油软化,倒入糖粉和砂糖搅拌均匀。

2、用打蛋器将黄油打发,体积膨大颜色变浅。

3、分3次加入鸡蛋液,并搅打均匀。每次都要等鸡蛋完全与黄油糊融合再加下一次。

4、将黄油糊分成两份,一份加入用香草精混合入低粉筛入糊,另一份加入咖啡可可粉及低粉筛入黄油糊。搅拌均匀。

5、烤盘铺烤纸,将饼干糊放入裱花袋挤在烤盘上。(用菊花形嘴)

6、烤箱190度预热,烤10分钟。表面若变色较早,用锡纸盖住。冷却后密封保存。
