主料:东北酸菜,猪五花肉,粉条一小把 ;
辅料:葱姜蒜,花椒,酱油,香油,料酒,蚝油,干红辣椒;
做法:酸菜洗净切丝(买的袋装切好的),挤出水分备用。
粉条用开水烫软至筋道,然后切段备用;
猪五花肉切片,切好的肉放碗里加入料酒少量淀粉腌制一会儿;

锅烧热倒入凉油,下入腌制好的五花肉煸至出油变色捞出碗里备用;
锅留底油先放入干红辣椒和花椒炒香;再放入葱姜蒜略煸炒;

加入炒过的五花肉翻炒均匀;
